Is it a boy? Is it a girl? We know it doesn`t matter as long as the baby is healthy. 

But we also know it can be awfully exciting to announce the news with a big boom, literally. The Sonic Boom Gender Reveal Kit features a 1-pound exploding rifle target along with custom-made colored chalk. Just mix up the target, place the chalk on top and shoot the target with your centerfire rifle from at least 100 yards away to trigger a colorful explosion accompanied by a satisfying boom.

• Mix the target as described, place the chalk container on top, and fire at the target from a safe distance of at least 100 yards to engage the target
• To ignite, the target must be struck with a center fire rifle projectile, weighing at least 40 grains and traveling at a minimum of 2200 fps (pistol rounds will not initiate these targets). For best performance, we suggest the use of an FMJ (Full Metal Jacket) round.
• Tip: To keep it a surprise for everyone, put the results in an envelope and bring them to the store. We`ll get the right target for you and remove the label so even you won`t know until the big announcement.
